Basic Madras Chutneys

A satisfying breakfast will not be completed without any one of these chutneys in my hometown Chennai.....

In most of the houses in Chennai these raw chutneys are very common. They are very easy and fast to make. They go very well with idly, dosa, pongal, uppma and many more breakfast items. The only secret to make is condiment taste so good is, they must be made with the freshest ingredients available. Since they are made and consumed raw, using the freshest ingredient is important.

I would like to send this post to the event Spicy Fiery Chutneys hosted by Ammu of Ammaji Recipe. All the best for hosting ur first event.

Though there are many raw chutneys made in Chennai, these three are commenely made in my house.
